Who will I end up speaking with?

You will end up speaking with a licensed finance professional who operates under an Australian Credit Licence, is a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA), and is part of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). That means proper qualifications, proper oversight, and a clear complaints process if you ever need it.

Our role is the introduction. From there, you are dealing directly with a broker who is responsible for the advice, the lender selection, and the application. We do not provide financial advice, recommend specific products, or make lending decisions.
